Privacy policy
Last updated October 23, 2026
Studio OS helps people organize their company, work with AI assistants, and connect the tools and workstations they choose. This policy describes the information used to provide that service.
Information we process
When you sign in with Google, Studio OS receives basic identity information, including your account identifier, name, email address, and profile picture. Google sign-in does not by itself grant access to your Gmail messages or Google Drive files.
We store the information you and your studio add: company structure, staff profiles, projects, knowledge and procedures, briefs, conversations, approvals, files, and work history. Connected workstations may report their name, software versions, capabilities, connection status, and job results. Technical logs help us operate and troubleshoot the service.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate users, enforce studio access, save your work, answer requests, coordinate assigned work, operate integrations, and maintain security and reliability. Studio administrators control membership and permissions within their studio.
AI providers and connected services
Each studio connects its own AI provider credentials. When you use an assistant or assign work, relevant messages, documents, files, and tool results may be sent to the selected provider, such as OpenAI or Anthropic. Provider services process that information under their own terms and privacy policies.
GitHub and other integrations receive information needed for the operations you authorize. Jobs on connected workstations may access local resources within the configured permissions. Credentials are stored encrypted; credentials needed for an assigned operation may be supplied to the corresponding service or runtime. Only connect resources you are authorized to use.
Access and service providers
Studio content is available according to studio membership and access controls. Conversations and system records are stored to support ongoing work. Authorized service operators may access information when necessary to maintain the service, investigate problems, or meet legal obligations. Infrastructure and storage providers may process information to host and operate Studio OS.
Cookies and browser storage
Studio OS uses authentication cookies and browser storage for sign-in, security, and interface preferences. Disabling these may prevent sign-in or cause preferences to reset.
Retention and security
Information is retained as needed to operate your account and studio, preserve work history, and meet security or legal requirements. Removal from the active service may not immediately remove copies from backups or security logs. Access controls and encryption help protect information, but no service can guarantee complete security.
Your choices and requests
You can edit supported records in the application and manage connected services through your studio configuration. For account access, correction, export, deletion, or other privacy requests, contact your studio administrator or the service operator using the contact details supplied with your account. Applicable rights depend on your location and the operator’s legal obligations.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Please also review the Terms of service.
