Terms of service
Last updated October 23, 2026
These terms govern your use of Studio OS. By using the service, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are authorized to act for any studio or organization you represent.
Your account and studio
Use accurate account information and protect access to your Google account and connected services. Studio administrators are responsible for studio membership, permissions, provider connections, and the resources made available to staff and assistants.
AI assistants and approvals
AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review work before relying on it, especially code, research, releases, or actions affecting external systems. You are responsible for the approval settings, permissions, and instructions you choose. Approved or permitted actions can change files, repositories, integrations, and workstations, and may incur third-party charges.
The service does not guarantee that an assistant will complete a task or that its output is suitable for a particular purpose. Human review remains necessary where your work requires it.
Your content
You retain your rights in content you provide. You grant the service operator permission to store, process, transmit, and display that content as necessary to provide, secure, and maintain Studio OS and perform your authorized requests. You must have the rights and permissions needed for the content and resources you connect. Rights in AI-generated output may depend on applicable law and the relevant provider’s terms.
Connected providers and workstations
Your studio supplies its own provider credentials and is responsible for provider charges and compliance with provider terms. Third-party services have their own availability, policies, and limitations. Only connect repositories, computers, tools, and data you are authorized to access. Workstation permissions can permit consequential changes to that computer and its resources.
Acceptable use
Do not use Studio OS for unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, malicious software, unauthorized access, or interference with other users or systems. Do not bypass access controls, obtain another studio’s information without permission, or misuse credentials.
Availability and changes
Features may change, and maintenance, failures, or provider outages may interrupt work. Keep independent copies of important materials. The operator may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, or legal obligations.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. The operator is not responsible for third-party services or for losses caused by your unauthorized use or decisions based on unverified AI output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending use and contacting the operator
You may stop using the service at any time. To request account closure or address questions about these terms, contact your studio administrator or the service operator using the contact details supplied with your account. Data handling is described in the Privacy policy.
